All purpose brown sauce, Chinese BBQ style.

Eye watering umami, a little sweet and a little spicy.

Fermented bean paste (think hoisin) mixed with a splash of our Secret Weapon Soy, lively pickled Er Jing Tiao chillies, and lots of roasted sesame.

Perfect as a glaze for Chinese Style BBQ, a dipping sauce for summer rolls, a base of a stirfry, or just dolloped on top of a runny fried egg.
