Horizon Leisure is seeking an experienced Wood Heater Installer to join our team in Mount Barker SA. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for the compliant and efficient installation of wood heaters for our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

• Install wood heaters according to manufacturer specifications, safety regulations and the Australian Standard.
• Prepare and modify installation sites as needed (e.g., carpentry, minor construction)
• Coordinate with your offsider to ensure smooth, safe installations
• Maintain tools, van, and equipment
• Communicate professionally with clients on-site
• Identify potential issues and provide solutions on-site

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in carpentry, gas fitting or a relevant trade
• Experience in the installation and servicing of wood heaters
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• A valid driver's licence
