Knuckle Cracker is an all purpose seasoning that will squeeze the savoury/umami flavours into anything you barbecue.

It is a classic combination of sea salt, cracked black pepper, garlic and spices working in harmony to perfectly season and flavour boost all of your barbecue meats or everyday cooking.

We recommend shaking it over grilled steaks, slow smoked beef brisket and short ribs, BBQ or roast chicken, grilled lamb, pork ribs and seafood. Even vegetables taste great with a sprinkle.
